Lions trade for CB Houston; Falcons add sixth-rounder

Flowery Branch, GA (Sports Network) - The Atlanta Falcons traded cornerback Chris Houston to the Detroit Lions for a sixth-round pick in the 2010 draft on Monday.

The teams also agreed to swap fifth-round picks in the upcoming draft.

Houston was Atlanta's second-round pick in the 2007 draft. The University of Arkansas product appeared in 44 games -- 37 starts -- in three seasons with the club and recorded three interception with 34 passes defensed and 161 tackles.
